At 16, she was the first female student to attend Trinidad’s famed, all-male school, QRC. She later emigrated to Pittsburgh, where she led IT services for McKinsey & Company, followed by an MBA at Carnegie Mellon University before founding TriVerum. Through partnering with Advisory Trail, Hazel champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to help organizations move in the direction of genuinely transformative change.
